Amazon is running a series of deals on video game products.
First discovered by a user at HotUKdeals, the retailer is offering gaming fans a pretty significant discount if they spend a certain amount on video game products the end of the week.
These deals and the discount codes you’ll need to enter can be found below.
• Save £20.00 when you spend £150.00 or more on Video Games selection: Enter code VG20OFF150 at checkout.
• Save £10.00 when you spend £75.00 or more on Video Games selection: Enter code VG10OFF75 at checkout.
• Save £5.00 when you spend £35.00 or more on Video Games selection Enter code VG5OFF35 at checkout.
Using these codes, you can grab some pretty significant discounts on Nintendo Switch consoles, PS4 Pros or Xbox One X machines – if that’s what you want.
You can pick up a Nintendo Switch for £259, for example. Click here for the deal (and enter VG20OFF150 at the checkout).
You can also nab an Xbox One X for £419 – you can find that deal here (and enter VG20OFF150 at the checkout).
Finally, as hardware goes, you’ll be able to get a PS4 Pro at £315 if you enter VG20OFF150 at the checkout, too.
If none of these take your fancy, you can still use these deals on most gaming hardware and software too – have a look at what else Amazon has on offer.
If there are any games you’ve been looking to buy but have been waiting until you see a good offer on them, it’s worth having a look at Amazon before these deals expire at
This comes as Tesco is offering a crazy discount on PS+ subscriptions in-store around the country.
Currently, you can pick up a PSN Plus 12 Months membership £20 in-store in select stores around Britain.
The deal was spotted by a number of HotUKDeals users, and seems to be pretty common in larger Teso stores (the Express and Metro versions of the store may not stock the discounted membership card, however).
Considering these subscriptions usually retail at around £38-45, this is an absolute steal and aside from anything else, it means you’ll get to access the free games from PS+ for 12 months – starting with February’s offering (which you can see and read more about below).
This deal comes in good timing, too: March’s PS+ games lineup is expected to be announced (or leaked, more likely) pretty soon – meaning you can nab this deal today and be ready when Sony releases the next set of free games.
This comes after the PlayStation Plus games for February 2018 leaked early.
Thanks to a ResetEra user known as bombshell, we saw what was coming in February earlier than expected.
An image taken via the PSN homepage on console shows that both RiME and Knack will be offered to PS4 players this month.
A formal announcement by Sony followed, announcing that Starblood Arena, Grand Kingdom and Mugen Souls 2 would be joining the February roster.
All of the above games are available to download right now.
