If you’re as obsessed with tech as we are, you likely already know that the mother of all tech events, the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), just wrapped up in Las Vegas. Every January, the biggest names in tech all gather at CES to show off their newest wares and innovations for the upcoming year.

Amidst all the exciting unveilings of new hardware, components, and apps, Lenovo rolled out some upgrades you’ll want to check out, including AI-boosted laptops, a new affordable to-go gaming console, and tablets with upleveled battery efficiency.

Here’s an inside look at some of the latest Lenovo tech for creatives, professionals, and gamers to get excited about in 2025.

Lenovo Taps the Latest Intel Core Ultra Chips and Boosts AI

Lenovo has added the new Intel Lunar Lake and Arrow Lake to its lineup of Yoga convertibles. It’s easy to call these two new chips CPUs, but since the CPU cores are joined by integrated GPU cores, a neural processing unit (NPU), and even on-chip RAM, they’re really a system-on-a-chip (SoC) in terms of architecture.

Of the two, Lunar Lake is an ultra-low-power mobile SoC design, and because it focuses on increased power efficiency, it’s a savvy addition to Lenovo’s ultra-thin Yoga Slim 7i Gen 10 and Yoga 9i Gen 10 Aura Edition, both available for preorder. Lunar Lake’s dedicated NPU is also expected to achieve 45+ trillion operations per second (TOPS) for seamless Microsoft Copilot+ AI capabilities, making these two Yoga laptops unstoppable in terms of creative productivity and performance.

The premium-tier Yoga 9i Gen 10 Aura Edition also comes loaded with additional Smart AI features. For example, Shield Mode deploys AI to automatically blur your screen and activate your VPN if you’re working in a public space and someone is looking over your shoulder.

The new Yoga Slim 9i Gen 10, also available for preorder, packs the Intel Arrow Lake CPU under its hood, replacing the midrange 28-watt (28W) Meteor Lake-H processors. Arrow Lake is designed for high-performance desktops and has more of Intel’s Lion Cove Performance (P) cores and Skymont Efficient (E) cores than Lunar Lake, making it an exciting power upgrade to Lenovo’s ultra-light 14-inch laptop option with stunning PureSight Pro display.

Lenovo Ups the Gameplay With a Budget-Friendly Handheld

On-the-go gamers will want to check out Lenovo’s new Legion Go S, the follow-up to the Legion Go PC gaming handheld. The highly anticipated new Legion Go S is coming soon.

The all-white S version has a more rounded look than the Legion Go, and its Hall Effect joysticks and triggers virtually eliminate the potential for stick drift. The S is also priced lower than the Legion Go, but you wouldn’t know it from the 8-inch 120Hz LCD display, variable refresh rate (VRR), and custom AMD-backed performance. An upgraded 56-watt, rapid-charge battery is the cherry on top of this off-the-plug gaming beast.

AI-Ready Lenovo Tablets Uplevel Efficiency and Portability

Tablet users can get excited about the upgraded Yoga Tab Plus (available now) and Idea Tab Pro (available soon). The Yoga Tab Plus’ PureSight Pro display with Dolby Vision and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU with 20 TOPS AI will rocket users’ creative endeavors.

Lenovo’s new Idea Tab Pro is a winner in both the power and portability categories. In addition to its cinematic display and ThinkPad-inspired keyboard for immersive content creation, the new MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor packs more power than the previous gen. The 10200mAh battery capacity can also deliver up to 11 hours of unplugged streaming. Both tablets feature a stunning 12.7-inch 3K display and are ideal for working, sketching, and streaming from anywhere.

Lenovo wowed CES 2025 with its lineup of new tech that accelerates AI experiences and productivity for creatives, professionals, and gamers, with less drain on battery. It’s shaping up to be a very exciting year for Lenovo, indeed.
