While we got plenty of information about how Nintendo would be delivering from a first-party perspective for Nintendo Switch 2, we also got confirmation on several big, third-party games coming to the console.
The list of software includes Elden Ring, which famously won a slew of Game of the Year awards just a few years ago. It’s set to launch this year for the new console.
Other games include Hades II, which we’ll learn more about later this year, and Street Fighter 6, which will have two editions. One will be the standard version, while the “Years 1-2 Fighters Edition” will include 26 playable characters. There’ll even be Street Fighter amiibo, with all of this launching alongside the console itself.
Other games include:
- Daemon X Machina Titanic Scion
- Split Fiction
- Star Wars Outlaws
- EA Sports FC
- Madden NFL
- Hogwarts Legacy
- Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4
- Deltarune
- Borderlands 4
- Civilization VII
- WWE 2K
- NBA 2K
- Hitman World of Assassination: Signature Edition
- IO Interactive’s Project 007
- Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD Remaster
- Yakuza 0: Director’s Cut
It’s a great list of games so far, and we’re sure more will be added in the future.
