For many Playstation gamers, being a member of the PlayStation Plus family is like being a part of an exclusive club. It’s not something only reserved for a select few gamers by any means, just an extra incentive one may choose to become part of at any time. Currently, the PlayStation Plus Premium membership prices are 1/month ($17.99), 3 months/$49.99, and 12 months ($79.99). For this month, members will be able to add three heavy-hitter games to their ever-growing backlog!

PlayStation Plus April Additions

This month’s treats for Plus members are sure to be worth it, with something for adventure-type enthusiasts. Three games with vastly different environments, story plots, and designs take a look at what you can add to your library.

  • RoboCop: Rogue City (PS5) is an action-packed adventure with you, half machine, half man hero of Old Detroit. What makes this game worth investing your time in is being able to decide your path on your mission. Save the innocent from their criminal uninvited guests and bring normalcy back to the city.
  • Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory (PS4)
Looking for a game with a good mix of fantasy violence, blood, and crude humor? This will be the game to play when you have some free time. This game also has two add-ons, including “Alphamon & Gallantmon Bundle” for $3.99. The “Sistemon Ciel and Blanc” add on is free.
  • The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (PS4, PS5)
One of the best movie-to-video game adaptions is Texas Chain Saw Massacre. In the third-person, you will be able to wreak havoc on anyone standing in your way. Your mission as the presumed villain, yet victim in reality, is to find out where the Slaughter family (or their victims) are. You want to find out where their guests are and prevent them from escaping.

Final Thoughts

What are your thoughts on this month’s PlayStation Plus releases? Will any of these games make it to your front desk? If you have been waiting anxiously for this month’s Plus releases, what’s the first game you’re playing? Not seeing anything that’s catching your eye this month? As a Plus member, your backlog has something you can play, right? If you are looking to become a new Playstation Plus member and enjoy games like this month (whether it’s your favorite or not), when next month comes around, it may be all the games you desire.
