New This Season

In a new Season focused on a wealth of wildlife, who better to lead the charge than The Hunter’s Call? It’s a time of expanded operations for everyone’s favourite fishing family, installing new stations at the Outposts and commissioning Voyages for pirates to help tackle the rise of these wild beasts. 

New kinds of Megalodon, unique Treasured Fish and even wild boars have been spied throughout the Sea of Thieves, promising rich rewards for the hunter cunning enough to best them. 

Reputation Rising

The Hunter’s Call are stepping up: pirates will now be able to continue earning reputation through five levels of Distinction, enabling them to progress far past what was previously possible with this Trading Company. A range of new Company-specific loot also provides a fresh incentive for rising through the ranks… 

Represent the Company

Truly dedicated hunters can now risk their lives and their loot in service to the Company as an Emissary! As with other Trading Companies, flying an Emissary Flag will guarantee increased rewards for any loot you turn in, but also makes you a target for any other pirates in the area looking to pick a fight.

Fishing and Raid Voyages

Many hunters are happy to go wherever the wind takes them, but The Hunter’s Call are offering a little more direction to those who want it. New Fishing and Raid Voyages will be made available as pirates rank up with the Company, promising a range of rewards for successfully completed missions. 

You’re Going to Need a Bigger Galleon

The familiar Megalodons of the Sea of Thieves are fearsome beasts, but it turns out that even darker creatures have been dwelling beneath the waves… The Feared Redmaw and Barnacled Dread have crossed over from the Sea of the Damned, and now lie in wait to terrorise sailors with their ferocity and alarming special abilities. 

Crews attacked by the Feared Redmaw will need to ensure they’ve got plenty of water ready to put out her fires, while those facing down the Barnacled Dread should watch for Ocean Crawlers boarding their ship to upset the odds. Hunter’s Call Grade 5 Emissaries will at least have an advantage in being able to spot these emergent new Megalodon threats on their ship’s map! 

New Seasonal Rewards

A new Season means a brand new set of rewards, unlocked by climbing through 100 levels of Renown! Earn cosmetics, gold, Doubloons and even Ancient Coins as you rise through the ranks by living the pirate life.
