Publisher Toplitz Productions and developer Superkami Games released a new update for simulation RPG Sengoku Dynasty. The version update 1.0.3.0, named Mono No Aware, adds personal quests, environmental statuses, new mechanics to the dynasty system, and more.

Players can now accept the personal quests, which are simple but time-sensitive tasks procedurally distributed to villagers and other NPCs. Player character may now suffer from statuses such as wet, cold, and freezing if they don’t take the appropriate measures during bad weather conditions like rain, storms, and more. Meanwhile, the dynasty system allows players to control their descendants. The chosen descendant inherits their genitors’ inventory, starting background perks (other perks will be reset), some XP for initial unlocks, and dynasty level. The full details pertaining to the update can be found here.

Sengoku Dynasty features an open-world with multiple biomes, where players can build up their villages into thriving towns or cities, helping to build up and manage their communities as well as doing what they can to meet their needs. Players can take on the role of leader, craftsman, warrior, or spiritual master and start their own family. Sengoku Dynasty is currently available on PC via Steam, with a PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S release planned for later in 2025.
