South Park: The Stick of Truth, the award-winning RPG from Obsidian Entertainment and South Park Digital Studios, has just dropped to its lowest-ever digital price as part of the PlayStation Spring Sale, which runs until 23 April 2025.

In the UK, the title is available for £6.24 GBP on the PlayStation Store UK, down from its original £24.99. In the US, it’s priced at $5.99 USD on the PlayStation Store US, reduced from $29.99. These are the steepest discounts the game has received on either platform to date.

Released in 2014, The Stick of Truth quickly established itself as one of the most beloved TV-to-game adaptations ever made. Players step into the shoes of the “new kid” in South Park, caught in a fantasy-style war involving wizards, aliens and suburban intrigue — complete with turn-based battles and flatulent spells. The game’s dialogue and voice acting were crafted by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, bringing authenticity and chaos in equal measure.

As confirmed by PS Deals, this price drop marks the lowest recorded on the platform. The sale also includes South Park: The Fractured But Whole for $8.99 USD / £7.49 GBP, and South Park: The Video Game Collection — a discounted bundle that combines both The Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole into a single downloadable package — currently available for $11.99 USD / £9.99 GBP.

Fan reception remains strong more than a decade on. On Reddit, user u/RedditUser commented, “This game is great! It’s all you’d expect from a South Park RPG. The visuals look exactly like the show, the story is hilariously absurd, the turn-based combat is surprisingly fun, and the whole thing is just a blast to play.”

For those who missed it the first time, or for anyone ready to dive back in, this is a rare opportunity to own the full game — no extras required — at a price point that’s unlikely to be repeated.
