7QUARK and Game Source Entertainment have announced a delay for the release of action roguelite Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade. Previously planned to launch for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on April 24, 2025, the game will now release on May 15, 2025. The companies stated that the reason for the delay is to account for greater than expected demand for the game’s limited edition.

Yasha: Legends of the Demon Blade is set in a fantasy version of Edo-era Japan. The game features a mix of different protagonists, each with their own combat style and storyline to follow as they seek to achieve peace while facing off against countless demons. Its roguelite elements see players able to unlock various upgrades including weapons, recipes, allies, and more. A demo, updated in February 2025, is currently available via Steam.
