Someone who we will reveal at the end of this article.

Before we get there, we thought we’d take five minutes to reminisce about the NAG Magazine Annual Edition 2024, the people we’ve met through sales emails and in-person rAge chats, and all the awesome prizes we’ve given out along the way.

Most importantly, the cute little Christmas Badgers Cody spent hours designing and printing for those of you who picked up a copy before we closed in December. We’ve currently got him working on some new bits for the next issue, so make sure you’re ready to pick yours up before all his hard work gets sold out.

We thank everyone who has supported us so far. At NAG, we put our community first by delivering the best news, hardware and game reviews, and community views. The NAG Magazine is a physical extension of our love for all things geek, gaming, and tech for our biggest fans, and seeing thousands of copies sold with each edition keeps us going every day.

We’d also like to thank all the sponsors for the Annual Edition 2024 who donated the killer prizes we could give out over the past few months. From [Smallish prize] to the mighty AMD Threadripper PC that was built by PC Builder, packed to the brim with just way too much hardware to handle.

Congratulations to all the winners who found that lucky piece of cardboard in their magazines! We hope you’re enjoying your prize to the fullest potential.

  • From SMD, we gave away an Insta360 X4 Camera, a Creality Halot R6 3D Resin Printer
  • In partnership with JooTech Simworks, a MOZA R3 Racing bundle, including steering wheel, SGP Sequential Shifter and HBP Handbrake.
  • Our friends at Apex Interactive helped us give away a Razer Ornata V3 X – Low Profile Gaming Keyboard, a Razer DeathAdder V3 Gaming Mouse, a set of Razer Blackshark V2 X Headphones, and two Turtle Beach Recon 70 Headsets, one for Xbox and one for PlayStation!
  • The kind folks at Asbis gifted our winners with a Lorgar Embrace 533 Gaming Chair, Lorgar Noah 701 Gaming Headset, Lorgar Azar 514 Gaming Keyboard, Lorgar Jetter 375 Gaming Mouse, and a Lorgar Main 133 Mousepad.

Of course, the magazine is not only about winning prizes. It’s about the epic content that we produce for you guys. We’ll always strive to bring you quality content you enjoy and engage with our community on all fronts. So drop any feedback, suggestions, or general how-do-you-do’s to hey@nag.co.za. Who knows, the magazine’s next issue could have your exact suggestion or email in crisp, bold, freshly printed lettering.

Ok, ok, now for the news you’ve all been waiting for. The Golden Ticket holding the AMD Threadripper PC from PCBuilder has officially been found, and we know because Len received this exact text at 18:54 on a chilly Wednesday evening:

“I HAVE FOUND THE GOLDEN TICKET! Please contact me as soon as possible.”

Congratulations to Akhil Kuverjee on winning this epic prize! We remember reading your email telling us how big you were into gaming and that you were going to order a magazine every month until you found the Golden Ticket.

We guess luck must’ve been on your side because it only took two magazine purchases to find it.

We wish you many years of gaming on this absolute PC machine. Thank you to Syntech and PCBuilder for supplying this most epic of prizes. We’re sad to see it leave NAG HQ.

To the rest of our fans, we can’t wait to see you in the next magazine issue, releasing next month.

Game on. Geek out.
