- Capture Palmon and train them for battle
- Cultivate your land using Palmon skills
- Craft and survive
Lilith Games has thrown their hat into the ring with Palmon: Survival, the studio’s own take on the monster-collecting-slash-survival trend that Palworld popularised last year. As you might expect, you’ll craft your base, gather resources, and hopefully survive a world filled with creatures called Palmon, all while capturing them and befriending them so they can help you on your journey.
Even the name – Palmon – sounds very derivative, to be honest, but from what I’ve seen, it does look to be a pretty compelling mobile version of Palworld that we can actually enjoy. This, sadly, was something that I felt Miraibo Go couldn’t do – you can find out more about my experience from my review if you’re curious.
But given Lilith Games’ expertise in the mobile sphere – AFK Arena and AFK Journey, most notably – it’s safe to say this might just be as successful.
Using one-handed controls in portrait mode, you’ll collect Palmon and use their handy skills to help you cultivate your land. You can also battle other Palmon in the wild to add to your growing collection, and train them to expand your territory over the land of Pallantis.
With the adventure currently in soft launch in select regions, you can check to see if it’s available in your preferred app store and give it a go yourself on the App Store or on Google Play. It’s free-to-play with in-app purchases.
