Rockstar Games and parent company Take-Two Interactive have several major releases lined up as fans impatiently wait for Grand Theft Auto VI in the fall of 2025. For Rockstar, PGA TOUR 2K25 will be the first big launch and it is set for Feb. 28, followed by WWE 2K25 on March 14. Later in the summer, Mafia: The Old Country will return players to the world of organized crime. The games will also be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick was optimistic about the upcoming releases from the company. Mobile gaming has faced its fair share of hurdles, but Take-Two was holding steady due to the revenue from NBA 2K and GTA Online, it was indicated. The company is expanding its top franchises while investing in new projects at the same time.
Apart from these early releases, Take-Two also has Borderlands 4 slated for later in the year, and Sid Meier’s Civilization VII that came out on February 11, 2025. Meanwhile, Take-Two’s mobile division, Zynga, is preparing CSR 3 for release, but its date is still to be announced.
The biggest launch, however, is still Grand Theft Auto VI.
However, GTA V is still one of the best-selling games of all time so naturally there are high expectations for its sequel. As its biggest franchises grow bigger, Take-Two expects record-breaking sales in 2026 and 2027.
Take-Two is gearing up for one of its best years ever, with a mix of sports, action and strategy games on the way. Be that as it may, fans just can’t stop gushing about the GTA 6 launch, price and more.
