Indiana Jones and the Great Circle may have launched too late to pick up any prizes at The Game Awards last month, but not all ceremonies have such a cutoff date, and a new prize for the 2024 title has now come in. Presented at the New York Game Awards this month, Troy Baker’s performance has netted them the ‘Best Acting in a Game’ prize for their work on Xbox’s Indiana Jones title.
Really, this should come as no surprise. Baker did an absolutely stellar job at delivering an authentic video game take on the cinema legend – so much so that even OG actor Harrison Ford enjoyed what he did with the character.

This was Xbox’s only real win at the New York Game Awards 2025, although a selection of third party titles that appear on Xbox did take home some prizes. As you can see up above, Xbox’s Hellblade 2 also competed in the Best Acting category, but ultimately lost out to Indiana Jones.
